I can't see the remote cursor of the mouse

It is possible that the issue is caused because of Windows scaling problem.
- Please, try the following:
- 1. Disable Windows scaling on both sides.
- 2. Activate "show remote mouse cursor" in AeroAdmin on the controlling side.
